Our History

Earth Tech Enterprises – Timeline

2000 – Humble Beginnings

Earth Tech Enterprises was founded in Southwest Florida in 2000 with just a skid steer, a paver, and a simple promise: we’ll take care of whatever the customer needs. Early projects were small paving jobs, often residential driveways, where our quick “yes,” honest approach, and reliable follow-through earned a reputation for dependability. That reputation soon led to larger opportunities with national homebuilders such as US Homes, setting the stage for expansion into full-scale road and site development projects.

Early 2000s – Expansion into Mining

Building on its foundation in site development and marine construction, the company broadened its capabilities to meet a wider range of customer needs. In the early 2000s, Earth Tech Enterprise entered the mining business with the launch of AggriSource. Mining quickly became a core part of operations, leading to the acquisition and management of multiple mines over the years. This growth culminated in the acquisition of Bell Mine—a 500-acre mining operation that supplies materials for major infrastructure projects across Southwest Florida while also providing a strategic advantage for our own projects.

Late 2000s – Marine Construction & Environmental Restoration

By the late 2000s, Earth Tech Enterprises expanded its marine construction operations with a focus on environmental restoration in the Florida Keys. Applying value engineering principles, we delivered faster, more cost-effective solutions for organizations such as the Audubon Society, reinforcing our reputation as a partner capable of solving complex challenges with efficiency and innovation.

2021 – A New Era with Seagate Development Group

In December 2021, Earth Tech Enterprises was acquired by the partners of Seagate Development Group, building on a long-standing relationship and shared commitment to excellence and the core values of being Hungry, Humble, Smart, and Fun. Since the acquisition, Seagate has invested tens of millions of dollars to modernize equipment and expand operations. Backed by strong, growth-minded leadership and robust market demand, these investments have fueled remarkable results—tripling annual revenues and positioning Earth Tech Enterprises to successfully deliver large, complex projects with fully integrated services.
